"Relinquishing Culture", Oil on Canvas, 30" x 30"

This is the fourth painting in my thesis, "Jātaka Tales of a Budgie-Sattva", framed within an environment of eroding temples and psychological morphisms. A giant Budgie-Sattva interacts in lively display within the environment as the young elfin man reflects upon the scene with passive sensitivity. A slender balance exists here between diametric styles of creation.

Is is acceptable to admit?.. I actually hunt for elves! (hehehe.. hopefully my username offers a clue.. and.. wondering if your usernames contains the same "broadcast"?)

Anyway.. I can not help but adore your passive little elf gazing at the eroding temples and giant Budgie-Sattva. Also.. I can not help wondering what's his name? (hehehehe.. is it acceptable to admit?.. I hope he likes to visit the beach and catch a wave or two on a surfboard)

I used to hunt for them myself in a lot of ways, as they were an integral part of a personal mythos from childhood and then into the psychedelic culture. Glad you like the elf amid the ruined temples and giant Budgie-Sattva. I'm sure he'd be right at home on a sunny beach!
